Hi,  I am new to this forum, but I have suffered with excessive head sweating all of my life.  I don't have it anywhere else.  Any mild exercise, or anxiety, and the sweat just pours down my forehead into my face.

Sometimes it feels just like someone turned on a faucet on the top of my head.  It has always irritated me.  It doesn't  keep me from doing things, but boy, am I tired of explaining why I sweat. I have tried a few strong Anti Sweat Gels, and they worked ok.  I haven't  bought any more since I ran out.  I live in the far Northeast, (Maine), so we only have about 8 weeks of really warm weather.

Has anyone else had this issue on here? I can't really afford Botox, or Surgery, any advice will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for reading.

I am happy to help you in whatever way I can to manage your excessive sweat problem - see the About page for more details and my contact information. Remember you are not alone, and that hyperhidrosis is entirely manageable with informed treatment. Good luck! PS: I recently published all that I have learnt about Hyperhidrosis in my book No Sweat!
