Any tips for blisters?

Hi! My name is Ana. I'm a 18 y/o student from Mexico.

Actually, I didn't know I have hyperhidrosis until two years ago. When I was a child, every few weeks I could notice that the skin in my hands was peeling off. It didn't hurt, but it was really annoying. I really didn't notice about my sweating then, I just didn't care about it. It was around the time I got into middle school that I got aware that I sweated more than the rest of my friends even with little/no physical activity.

At that time, the skin peeling in my hands started to get painful and I started to notice that a lot of little blisters were accumulating in my fingertips and my palms, but in a few days they were gone, leaving the answer of why the sking in my hands were alwas peeling off. Did I mentioned that sometimes my fingerprints disappear because of this?

At first, the treatment was really annoying because to get rid of the blisters I had to sweat more than I was actually doing it, so I actually had to use a perspirant and an anti-perspirant in the same day.

Does anyone has any tips for this kind of blisters? I got used to them, but around this time of the year my hands get really sensitive. I can't even open water bottles by myself, and I need to wrap medical tape around my fingers if I don't want my sking to rip.

If you have any tips or tricks, please let me know!
