You know, underarm sweat pads that you just set to soak up your sweat and keep your armpits from staining everything. I mean, isn&#8217;t that much MUCH more effective than trying to soak up the sweat with baby powder? =D</p>

And how about moving the bed next to the window, and sleeping near an open window perhaps? You can leave the door open to help the air stream through the room. If your home made iontophoresis machine doesn&#8217;t stop excessive sweating, you can always try to get a prescription from a physician &#8211; this should significantly reduce the costs of buying a pro device. Also, people are selling used iontophoresis units all the time, so that is another option if your budget is low. 😉</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t have a big case of plantar hyperhidrosis, but I use Odaban spray on my feet when I can&#8217;t afford to wear light shoes. Normally I use the same spray to treat sweaty armpits, but yes, a lot of these antiperspirants are multi-functional. Still, I&#8217;m surprised they can even be used to prevent facial sweating &#8211; that&#8217;s cool! 🙂</p>

DVDs can hardly replace a real live class, a real live example, etc. Don&#8217;t worry, everybody sweats in Yoga classes &#8211; even the people who don&#8217;t have hyperhidrosis.
