Just checking, here a question of an electronics n00b, I am making a new Iontophoresis machine and would like to connect an (Ultracell) 12V battery to another (Ultracell) 6V battery like they do with 6V batteries in the video below. Can I do that and get ~18V or might I screw up my batteries in some way?

        Thank you 🙂

You may put batteries in series to get more voltage, you just need to be aware of the amp-hour ratings. Two batteries the same size with different voltages – the higher voltage battery will run out of juice before the lower voltage battery.
I did have some success with a homemade machine, the first time I achieved dryness I did 10-15 mins on each polarity for 10 days and a couple of days after I stopped treatments I was really dry, I let it run its course to see how long this would last and I was dry for about 3 weeks, then it started to come back on the fingers and center of the palm, eventually it was completely back.
