I have been using the Fischer MD-2 for almost a month now, every other day on my hands and feet. I wasnt able to use it for about a week though due to time constraints. Im not sure if this set me back or is going to make me have to start the whole process over. I did notice a difference though!
One concern I have is that my right pointer finger feels like it needs to crack every since doing this. Now its to the point that it kind of hurts when I bend the finger. Not sure if there is any relation with the machine or not, but its the only thing I could think of.
Also, if you have any sores on your fingers, are you supposed to cover them with vasoline or something? It tends to hurt pretty bad.
