When I do a treatment, my skin goes red above the water level. Am I risking burns?

        Nicel,

The redness is due to the dilation of the skin blood vessels. No need to worry. It is quite common and is of no consequence. If it becomes troublesome, try putting a thin layer of petroleum jelly on the wrist line or just above the water level on the feet.

        Hope this helps.

Fred is right, redness is normal. You can also put on coconut oil instead of petroleum jelly.
