Nothing so far
My idrostar arrived and i started using it last Thursday. Today is my 7th day so I'm going to have my 4th treatment and to be honest, I have noticed nothing so far.

Idrostar
Best machine available in my opinion & happy to use on children as it's not mains powered, but just as effective.

Idrostar+ is a great iontophoresis device 🙂
In short:
Worked wonders on my palms and feet, but had weak effect on my underarms.

Idrostar+ left me pretty happy overall. This was my first iontophoresis experience, and to be honest, I did not expect it to work so well. Idrostar seems best for treating palmar hyperhidrosis, and less so for treating axillary hyperhidrosis.
It has some great features - I loved the chance to try out both direct and pulsed current. I actually have the most success when alternating PC and DC treatments in the same month. (Of course, I never use direct current for underarms!)
Excellent portability, excellent features - I only wish there was the option to use it as a main-powered device, because the additional money used on batteries is a bit of a drawback...

Good!
I have bought this on e-bay for £220 and haven't had a single regret yet. The range of options on Idrostar+ is amazing - personally I use a moderately strong pulsed current. There is a tingling sensation which can grow unpleasant at times, but it is bearable. The downside is that, if I lower the current, the treatments are not that effective, so I have to keep it up to get the optimal sweat reduction.
Idrostar+ showed fantastic quality so far and I am relieved that finally I have normal palms.
