It worked until it didn’t

I used to suffer from unbearable, and beyond embarrassing plantar hyperhidrosis. I used the iontophoresis machine for a few weeks and I stopped sweating completely.  It saved my life! After a few months, I started sweating again. No big deal, I'll use the machine again as the fact sheet said I probably would. Again, no big deal, besides the fact that my iontophoresis stopped working. I'm a control freak that stored it in a clean, dry, temperature controlled, etc, place. Unacceptable to pay over $300 for something that just stops working. And when you call their headquarters, you are sent to voicemail, where no one ever calls you back. At this point, I'd rather have sweaty hands and feet and the money back that I wasted on a machine that only worked for a few minutes.
