Robinul works for me

0

I've had hiperhidrosis since first grade (probably earlier but I can't recall)

Hands and feet – extreme at times that i would “puddle up” if barefoot on a floor.  Shoes would have “white” residue i'm guessing from the salt left after my shoes dried.

I tried the electrolysis wet pads that you put your feet on for 30 minutes (back in the late 80's). Stopped bottom of feet from sweating but then top of feet started.

Pediatrician buddy suggested Robinul Forte.  it works for me.  Definitely drys my mouth out but for me that's a small price to pay to be able to shake hands, hold hands, or lay my hands on a black counter top or “swipe” an ipad without sweating fingers/hands.

I am very aware of the lack of sweating and on Boy Scout trips I've stopped taking it so my body can sweat properly and not have me worry about overheating in the sun.

It works for me and if nothing else it's worth trying if your doctor agrees.
